Semi-Finals Game 4: Valencia - Baskonia 85-77

Date: June 5, 2017
Valencia rallied past Baskonia to seal their championship series appearance. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Baskonia won third quarter 20-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Valencia Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international swingman Fernando San-Emeterio (199-84) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Power forward Pierre Oriola (206-92) contributed with 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. American Ricky Ledo (201-92, college: Providence) replied with 17 points and 5 assists and his fellow American import point guard Shane Larkin (180-92, college: Miami, FL) added 19 points in the effort for Baskonia. Four Baskonia players scored in double figures. Baskonia's coach Alfonso Alonso rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
