The winners were led by naturalized American guard Maurice Carter (183-83, college: Robert Morris) who scored that evening 24 points and 9 assists and Jamaican Kevin Foster (203-89, college: Fresno St., agency: Haylett Sports) supported him with 20 points and 9 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws). Even 18 points and 7 assists by the former international swingman James Maye (201-81, college: NC-Greensboro) did not help to save the game for Reales LV. American swingman Ollie Bailey (201-85, college: Oklahoma City) added 20 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Huracanes PP moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Soles SD. Reales LV lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom position with four games lost. They share it with Caneros LR. Huracanes PP will play against league's second-placed Metros STGO in Santiago in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Reales LV will play at home against Indios SFM (#3) to get more than just one victory in their record.
