Finals Game 2: Real Madrid - Valencia 79-86

Date: June 11, 2017
Valencia outgunned Real Madrid in the capital to even the championship series. Real Madrid was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 25-15 charge of Valencia Basket, which allowed them to win the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Real Madrid helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Montenegrin Bojan Dubljevic (205-91, agency: BeoBasket) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points and 9 rebounds. The former international swingman Fernando San-Emeterio (199-84) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. International Sergio Llull (190-87) replied with 22 points and 6 assists and the former international Felipe Reyes (204-80) added 14 points in the effort for Real Madrid. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
