Umana Venezia recorded the second consecutive victory in Serie A Finals. They upset Trento on the road to open 2-0 lead. The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 40-29 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was American point guard Julyan Stone (198-88, college: UTEP) who scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. American-Georgian point guard Marquez Haynes (191-86, college: Texas Arlington) chipped in 14 points. Umana Venezia's coach Walter De Raffaele used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Aaron Craft (188-91, college: Ohio St.) who recorded 14 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and Cape Verdean-Portuguese Joao Gomes (201-85) added 13 points and 8 rebounds respectively.
