Leading Ringwood Hawks (12-4) recorded its fourth loss in Heathmont. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Knox Raiders (12-4) 85-80. It was a key game for the second position in League. Knox Raiders made 19-of-25 charity shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Forward Dylan Hare (193-93) nailed 24 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and Adrian Tomada accounted for 20 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Matthew Snowball came up with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and center Trevor Latham (203) added 13 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Ringwood Hawks in the defeat. Four Knox Raiders and five Ringwood Hawks players scored in double figures. Knox Raiders moved-up to second place in League. Knox Raiders will play against Stingrays (#11) in Geelong in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Ringwood Hawks will play on the road against Hume City Broncos (#10) in Tullamarine and hope to get back on the winning track.
