The game between Top Four teams took place in Puerto Plata. Third ranked host Huracanes PP (11-6) defeated their biggest opponent Indios SFM (11-6) 90-79. The hosts trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-79. Huracanes PP made 31-of-39 free shots (79.5 percent) during the game. Naturalized American guard Maurice Carter (183-83, college: Robert Morris) fired 33 points (!!!) and 6 assists for the winners. American forward Aaron Jones (206-93, college: Mississippi) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds.
