Canada cruised past Angola to secure the World Cup quarterfinals birth. Danilo Djuricic provided 22 points to pace the winners. Angola and Canada were tied at 42 heading into the second half. However Canada used a 22:8 run in the third term to clear off for good. Rowan Barrett produced 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the victory. Silvio de Sousa responded with 18 points and 9 boards for Angola.
