Regatas Corrientes registered the first victory in LigaA Finals. They held off San Lorenzo to cut the deficit at 1-2. The game was mostly controlled by Regatas Corrientes. San Lorenzo managed to win third quarter 15-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Pablo Espinoza (200-87) who scored 5 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists. American Chevon Troutman (202-81, college: Pittsburgh, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Four Regatas Corrientes players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was international forward Gabriel Deck (199-95) who recorded 22 points and 5 rebounds and the former international point guard Nicolas Aguirre (188-88) added 13 points and 8 assists respectively.
