Puerto Rico held off Panama to advance into the championship game. Luis Rolon and James De Jesus provided 12 points each for the winners. Panama grabbed a 29:26 halftime lead. They extended the lead at 5-point mark at the final break. But Puerto Rico used a 17:9 run in the fourth stanza to snatch the win. Jeriel Zayas had 10 points in the victory. Ricardo Lindo answered with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Panama.
