Finals Game 6: Arecibo - Quebradillas 105-93

Arecibo beat Quebradillas to level the championship series at 3-3. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 60-47 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Capitanes dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Piratas' 40. They outrebounded Piratas 38-23 including 17 on the offensive glass. It was a good game for American forward Davon Jefferson (204-86, college: USC) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. The former international swingman David Huertas (195-87, college: Mississippi) contributed with 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American guard Tu Holloway (182-89, college: Xavier) replied with 22 points and 8 assists and the former international Javier Mojica (190-84, college: Cent.Conn.St., agency: Paris Global Sports) added 15 points in the effort for Piratas. Five Capitanes and four Piratas players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
