Finals Game 3: Metros STGO - Leones SD 119-112

Metros STGO outgunned Leones SD to post the third consecutive win in LNB Finals. The hosts trailed by 11 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 7 points. Metros STGO made 27-of-35 free shots (77.1 percent) during the game. Metros STGO outrebounded Leones SD 34-23 including 21 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 51.6 percentage. Metros STGO looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 29 personal fouls committed by Leones SD helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American forward Jordan Hamilton (201-90, college: Texas) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 6 rebounds. Victor Liz (193-86) helped adding 20 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Donte Greene (206-88, college: Syracuse) with 33 points (!!!) and the other American import point guard Patrick Miller (185-92, college: Tennessee St.) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
