Dominican Republic limited Panama to just 6 points in the third term to surge ahead for an 8-point lead at the final intermission. Dominican Republic dropped 23 points in the fourth quarter to ice the win. Sadiel Rojas accounted for 18 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Tony Bishop delivered 20 points for Panama.
