Very significant was Biofarm PZN's (#6) 20-point road victory against Kotwica 69-49. They outrebounded Kotwica 39-21 including 28 on the defensive glass. Center Adam Metelski (206-83, college: Cal-Irvine) nailed 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and swingman Jakub Fiszer (187-95) accounted for 10 points and 6 rebounds. Biofarm PZN's coach Przemyslaw Szurek allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Daniel Grujic (201-90) came up with 4 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Adrian Sulinski (185-89) added 14 points respectively for Kotwica in the defeat. Biofarm PZN will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kotwica will play on the road against SKK Siedlce (#16) to get more than just one victory in their record.
