Regular Season Round 7: Danang Dragons - Hanoi B. 58-67

Bottom-ranked Danang Dragons (0-6) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 67-58 loss to fourth ranked Hanoi B. (3-4) in Danang on Saturday evening. They also forced 21 Danang Dragons turnovers. It was a great evening for Dutch point guard Vincent Nguyen (178-95) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 assists. American Jordan Collins (208-82, college: N.Carolina St.) helped adding 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Hanoi B. players scored in double figures. At the losing side Canadian center Rudolphe Joly (208-92, college: Sheridan JC) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and American point guard Horace Nguyen (178, college: Bristol) scored 14 points and 7 assists. Hanoi B. maintains fourth place with 3-4 record, which they share with Hochiminh CW. Defending champion Danang Dragons still closes the standings with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
