Regular Season Round 3: Loko Trutnov - MK Technic 85-60

The most surprising game was a loss of MK Technic (2-1) on the court of LOKO Trutnov on Sunday night. Visitors were rolled over by LOKO Trutnov 85-60. LOKO Trutnov outrebounded MK Technic 58-28 including a 43-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. 27 personal fouls committed by MK Technic helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American guard Shawnte Goff (173-94, college: UTRGV) who led her team to a victory scoring 27 points and 6 rebounds. Her fellow American import center Chelsea Snyder (198-90, college: VCU, agency: Gamble Sports Management) helped adding 11 points and 11 rebounds. LOKO Trutnov's coach Petr Kapitulcin felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was swingman Tereza Zitkova (175-98) with 15 points and guard Hana Gasicova (167-98) scored 9 points and 7 rebounds. LOKO Trutnov is looking forward to face Basketball Nymburk on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MK Technic's supporters also look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Brno Zabiny Brno.
