Regular Season Round 4: Karlovy Vary - U19 Chance 70-50

Karlovy Vary can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat U19 Chance (0-4) 70-50 on Wednesday. They outrebounded U19 Chance 44-21 including a 37-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Dana Kuslitova (182-90) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and guard Dominika Pohunkova (176-94) who added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Karlovy Vary's coach Tomas Pavelka used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side forward Alena Jenistova (182-86) responded with 17 points and 7 rebounds and Tereza Sipova (179-97) scored 13 points. Karlovy Vary (1-3) left bottom position moving up to eighth place, which they share with Loko Trutnov and Slovanka MB. It was U19 Chance's fourth loss in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost. They share the position with SBS Ostrava. Karlovy Vary will meet SBS Ostrava (#11) on the road in the next round. U19 Chance will play against Valosun Brno and hopes to get finally their first victory.
