A very interesting game took place in Pardubice. It ended with only three-point defeat on the road of BK Usti nad Labem (0-1) to BK Pardubice (1-0) 84-81 on Thursday evening. BK Pardubice players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by BK Usti nad Labem's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Dominez Burnett (196-92, college: Davenport, agency: Higher Vision Sports) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Slovakian Dusan Pandula (197-84) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American guard Donald Robinson (193-89, college: W.Virginia Tech) answered with 22 points and the other American import point guard Evan Singletary (185-94, college: Albany) added 18 points and 5 assists in the effort for BK Usti nad Labem. Four BK Usti nad Labem players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. BK Pardubice will have a break next round. BK Usti nad Labem will play at home against MMCITE Brno (#5) and hope to win that game.
