Regular Season Round 3: USK Praha B - Basket Kosice 56-84

Basket Kosice delivered the third consecutive victory on Friday night. This time they crushed USK Praha B (1-2) 84-56. Basket Kosice looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Jan Kratochvil (200-82) who scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Martin Hruby (192-87) chipped in 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Basket Kosice players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Jan Zidek (204-99) who recorded 15 points and 6 rebounds and guard Radek Farsky (193-99) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Basket Kosice will face Sokol Pisek (#9) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. USK Praha B will play against BK Loko Plzen (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
