Regular Season Round 4: Cherkasy - Dnipro 61-79

Superleague top team - Dnipro (4-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat fifth ranked Cherkasy (2-3) 79-61. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cherkasy. The game without a history. Dnipro led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Cherkasy's players. Worth to mention a quality performance of international Olexandr Mishula (192-92) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and international swingman Dmytro Gliebov (198-88) who added 16 points and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side Bulgarian guard Stanimir Marinov (192-91, agency: Interperformances) responded with 19 points and American center Marvin Jefferson (206-86, college: Idaho) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Dnipro have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. Cherkasy at the other side dropped to the sixth place with three games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
