The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Grindavik (2-1) on the court of Keflavik on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by Keflavik 93-88. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Cameron Forte (201-93, college: Portland St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Ragnar Bragason (197-94) accounted for 14 points for the winning side. American guard Rashad Whack (190-91, college: Mt.St.Mary's) came up with 31 points and 5 assists and the former international center Sigurdur Thorsteinsson (204-88) added 16 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Grindavik in the defeat.
