No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Cento (4-0) defeated on the road 6th ranked Tessilform Bernareggio (2-2) 66-57 on Saturday. They outrebounded Tessilform Bernareggio 41-25 including 31 on the defensive glass. Power forward Michele Benfatto (205-85) fired 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Center Giorgio Piunti (205-90) chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. Point guard Federico De-Bettin (180-94) produced 14 points and 6 assists and center Davide Bossola (200-90) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cento have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position in B with 4-0 record. Newly promoted Tessilform Bernareggio keeps the sixth place with two games lost. Cento will face Lugo (#9) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Tessilform Bernareggio will play against Forli Tigers and hope to win that game.
