Regular Season Round 2: TLU/Kalev - Barsy Atyrau 73-42

Date: October 31, 2017
The game with biggest result difference took place in Tallinn. Local TLU/Kalev (1-1) outscored Kazakhstan Barsy Atyrau (1-2) 73-42. TLU/Kalev forced 21 Barsy Atyrau turnovers. Point guard Kristo Saage (186-85) notched 12 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and Senegalese center Bamba Fall (217-86, college: SMU) supported him with 17 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Four TLU/Kalev players scored in double figures. Even 14 points and 6 rebounds by Russian Dmitriy Ezhov (207-91) did not help to save the game for Barsy Atyrau. Ukrainian-Russian forward Konstantyn Glazyrin (202-88) added 13 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TLU/Kalev's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Tallinn TTU.
