Regular Season Round 4: KK Primorska - Lovcen 77-70

Very expected game in Koper where 1Montenegrin Lovcen (1-3) was defeated by tenth ranked Slovenian KK Primorska (3-1) 77-70. The winners were led by Vincentian center Shawn King (208-82, college: ORU, agency: Pensack Sports) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Mirko Mulalic (195-88) supported him with 19 points. Even 13 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists by guard Masan Vrbica (187-94, agency: BeoBasket) did not help to save the game for Lovcen. Ivan Jelenic (191-85) added 16 points for lost side. Four Lovcen players scored in double figures. Lovcen's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. KK Primorska moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Krka and Teodo Tivat. Lovcen at the other side keeps the fifteenth position with three games lost. They share it with Bosna-Royal and Rogaska. KK Primorska will play against Split on the road in the next round. Lovcen will play against Vrsac to get more than just one victory in their record.
