Regular Season Round 7: BK Pardubice - CEZ Nymburk 73-95

NBL top team - CEZ Nymburk (6-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked BK Pardubice (2-3) 95-73. They outrebounded BK Pardubice 39-27 including 26 on the defensive glass. CEZ Nymburk players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Kendrick Ray (188-94, college: Kennesaw St., agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 7 rebounds. International center Martin Peterka (205-95) contributed with 17 points for the winners. American guard Jackson Kent (201, college: JMU, agency: Diamond Sports) answered with 12 points and 7 assists and the former international forward Radek Necas (206-80) added 7 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for BK Pardubice. Four BK Pardubice players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. CEZ Nymburk have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 6-0 record. BK Pardubice at the other side dropped to the eleventh position with three games lost. CEZ Nymburk's next round opponent will be MMCITE Brno (#9) at home and are hoping to win another game. BK Pardubice will play against the league's second-placed BK Opava and hope to win that game.
