The game in Bratislava supposed to be also worth to mention about. Third ranked MBK Ruzomberok (5-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Slovan (1-6). MBK Ruzomberok smashed Slovan 65-44. MBK Ruzomberok held Slovan to an opponent 24.5 percent shooting from the field compared to 30.7 percent accuracy of the winners. MBK Ruzomberok forced 21 Slovan turnovers and outrebounded them 48-32 including a 20-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. The victory was the third consecutive win for MBK Ruzomberok. They moved-up to second place. Slovan at the other side stay at the bottom position with six games lost. MBK Ruzomberok's next round opponent will be BAM Poprad (#4) on the road. Slovan will play against Piestanske C. (#3) and hope to win that game.
