Serie B top team - Cento (9-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed eighth ranked Padova (4-5) 81-57. They outrebounded Padova 41-29 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for naturalized Argentinian guard Adrian Chiera (190-94, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with 20 points. Center Giorgio Piunti (205-90) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Cento have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain first place in B with 9-0 record. Padova lost third consecutive game.
