Regular Season Round 11: Atomeromu - MAFC 74-65

Rather predictable result in Paks where ninth ranked Atomeromu (6-5) defeated 12th ranked MAFC (3-8) 74-65. MAFC was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 40-30 second half run of Atomeromu. International power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-91) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). American point guard Jabarie Hinds (180-92, college: Massachusetts, agency: Two Points) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Atomeromu's coach Teo Cizmic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Bahamas forward Bennet Davis (206-84, college: Northeastern, agency: Inception Sports) answered with 13 points and 8 rebounds and Montenegrin guard Amin Hott (192-92) added 11 points and 6 assists in the effort for MAFC. Five MAFC players scored in double figures. Atomeromu moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. MAFC at the other side keeps the twelfth position with eight games lost. Atomeromu's next round opponent will be league's leader Kormend on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MAFC will play against Alba (#4) and hope to win that game.
