Regular Season Round 13: BK Decin - USK Praha 69-82

An interesting game took place in Decin where higher ranked BK Decin (7-6) was upset on its own court by ninth ranked USK Praha (6-7) 82-69. USK Praha made 22-of-28 charity shots (78.6 percent) during the game. 27 personal fouls committed by BK Decin helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of international point guard Ondrej Sehnal (183-97) who helped to win the game recording 24 points. Jan Krivanek (203-94) contributed with 19 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Five USK Praha players scored in double figures. The former international power forward Pavel Houska (203-84, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with 14 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Ondrej Siska (190-93) added 8 points and 7 assists in the effort for BK Decin. BK Decin's coach Pavel Budinsky tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. USK Praha moved-up to seventh place, which they share with BK Olomoucko. BK Decin at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. USK Praha's next round opponent will be league's leader CEZ Nymburk at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BK Decin will play against BK Olomoucko in Prostejov and hope to win that game.
