Regular Season Round 21: Tsmoki-Minsk - Brest 109-44

Premier League top team - Tsmoki-Minsk (18-2) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Brest (3-17) 109-44. The game without a history. Tsmoki-Minsk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Brest's 28. Tsmoki-Minsk forced 23 Brest turnovers and outrebounded them 55-27 including a 21-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Brest's players. International guard Siarhei Tatur (194-91) nailed 14 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals for the winning side and point guard Ivan Aladko (193-95) accounted for 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Tsmoki-Minsk players scored in double figures. Swingman Pavel Moroz (193-88) came up with 13 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Aleksandr Tur (191-96) added 9 points respectively for Brest in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains first place with 18-2 record, which they share with Grodno-93. Brest lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 17 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
