Very important is a road loss of second ranked SKB Zlin (8-6) against seventh ranked Olomouc Bbal (7-5) on Friday night. Visiting SKB Zlin was crushed by Olomouc Bbal in Olomouc 107-78. Olomouc Bbal made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Strangely SKB Zlin outrebounded Olomouc Bbal 46-27 including a 17-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was guard Lubos Lachman (190-93) who scored 23 points and 6 assists. SKB Zlin lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the second position with six games lost. They share it with Novy Jicin. Olomouc Bbal will meet at home league's leader Kralovsti sokoli in the next round and it may be the game of the week. SKB Zlin will play against Novy Jicin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
