Regular Season Round 24: Liaoning FL - Jiangsu D. 84-98

An interesting game for Jiangsu Dragons (18-6) which played road game in Yingkou against second-best Flying Leopards (18-6). Third ranked Jiangsu Dragons managed to get a 14-point victory 98-84. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Flying Leopards. Jiangsu Dragons dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Flying Leopards' 38 and made 25-of-29 free shots (86.2 percent) during the game. Jiangsu Dragons had a 37-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Flying Leopards helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Serbian center Miroslav Raduljica (213-88) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds. American swingman MarShon Brooks (196-89, college: Providence) contributed with 28 points for the winners. Jiangsu Dragons' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international center Dejun Han (215-89) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds and American forward Brandon Bass (203-85, college: LSU, agency: Dutt Sports Services) added 24 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Flying Leopards. Jiangsu Dragons moved-up to second place, which they share with Liaoning FL. Jiangsu Dragons is looking forward to face Leopards (#8) in Shenzhen in the next round where they are favorite. Flying Leopards will play at home against Monkey Kings (#12) and are hoping to win this game.
