Regular Season Round 15: Nymburk B - Sokol Prazky 79-81

Important game to mention about took place in Nymburk. Ninth ranked Sokol Prazky (4-11) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 4th placed Nymburk B (9-5) 81-79 on Friday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the home team. Sokol Prazky looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Stepan Brix (201-94) who scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Filip Cenek (182-97) chipped in 7 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Martin Kolar (194-98) who recorded a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and swingman Eduard Kotasek (187-98) added 17 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Sokol Prazky maintains ninth place in West with 4-11 record. Loser Nymburk B dropped to the third position with five games lost. Sokol Prazky will have a break next round. Nymburk B will play again on the road against Sokol Prazky in Praha and hope to win that game.
