Superleague top team - Dnipro (15-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked Bipa Basket (6-9) in Dnepropetrovsk 93-69. The game without a history. Dnipro led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 19-of-21 charity shots (90.5 percent) during the game. Dnipro forced 19 Bipa Basket turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Bipa Basket's players. The winners were led by the former international swingman Dmytro Gliebov (198-88) who scored that evening 29 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and international Olexandr Mishula (192-92) supported him with 18 points and 8 assists. Four Dnipro players scored in double figures. Even 16 points by swingman Olexandr Belikov (201-92) did not help to save the game for Bipa Basket. The former international point guard Klym Artamonov (185-93) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dnipro have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 15-1 record. Bipa Basket lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with nine games lost. Dnipro will play against Khimik (#5) in Yuzhny in the next round. Bipa Basket will play on the road against Politekhnik in Kharkiv and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
