It was a great evening for American forward Whitney Bays (188-92, college: Purdue) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Forward Michaela Vackova (179) helped adding 13 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was swingman Tereza Zitkova (175-98) with 19 points and 7 rebounds and forward Monika Stehlikova (177-92) scored 7 points and 6 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Zabiny Brno maintains sixth place with 9-5 record. MK Technic lost their twelfth game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Zabiny Brno will face league's second-placed Basketball Nymburk on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MK Technic will play against BLK Praha (#4) and hope to win that game.
