Regular Season Round 15: Atomeromu - DEAC 99-75

The game with biggest result difference took place in Paks. Local Atomeromu (9-6) outscored 11th ranked DEAC (6-9) 99-75 on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Atomeromu. DEAC was better in second period 13-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to DEAC's 34. They outrebounded DEAC 45-34 including a 34-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. Atomeromu looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was international power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-91) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. American point guard Jabarie Hinds (180-92, college: Massachusetts, agency: Two Points) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. Four Atomeromu players scored in double figures. Atomeromu's coach Teo Cizmic felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Bulgarian Ivan Lilov (194-88) who recorded 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international power forward Kristof Bognar (205-94) added 19 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Atomeromu maintains sixth place with 9-6 record. DEAC lost their fourth game in a row. Newly promoted team dropped to the tenth position with nine games lost. Atomeromu will face ZTE KK (#7) in Zalaegerszeg in the next round. DEAC will play at home against Alba and hope to win that game.
