There was no surprise in Akureyri where 11th ranked Thor AK (3-11) was defeated by fourth ranked Tindastoll (10-4) 77-72 on Thursday. Thor AK trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 22-16 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 72-77 at the end of the game. Thor AK was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch.
