Regular Season Round 25: Prinemanye - Tsmoki-Minsk 54-93

Premier League top team - Tsmoki-Minsk (21-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked Prinemanye (6-17) in Grodno 93-54. The game without a history. Tsmoki-Minsk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Prinemanye's 32 and made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game, while Prinemanye only scored one point from the stripe. They outrebounded Prinemanye 37-25 including a 28-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Tsmoki-Minsk players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. International power forward Anton Vashkevich (203-94) nailed 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and international guard Siarhei Tatur (194-91) accounted for 13 points and 4 assists. Four Tsmoki-Minsk players scored in double figures. Tsmoki-Minsk's coach Aleksander Krutikov felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ukrainian guard Anatoli Konev (192-92) came up with 14 points and 4 assists and point guard Vladislav Svakel (178-0) added 15 points respectively for Prinemanye in the defeat. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Tsmoki-Minsk. Defending champion maintains first place with 21-2 record, which they share with Grodno-93. Prinemanye at the other side dropped to the eighth position with 17 games lost. Tsmoki-Minsk will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Prinemanye will play again at home against the league's leader Tsmoki-Minsk (#1) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
