Seventh-ranked Al Khor (4-12) made lots of trouble for fifth ranked Al Rayyan (9-7) in Doha. Al Rayyan managed to secure only two-point victory 68-66. However their fans expected easier game. It was a good game for American forward Stephen Hurt (211-93, college: Kansas St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Tanguy Ngombo (197-84) contributed with 19 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American forward DJ Blackmon (201-90, college: Lenoir-Rhyne) replied with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and his fellow American import point guard Jawan Davis (184-89, college: Claflin) added 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Al Khor. Four Al Khor players scored in double figures. Al Rayyan have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 9-7 record, which they share with Al Sadd. Al Khor at the other side keeps the seventh place with 12 games lost.
