Regular Season Round 19: NH Ostrava - BK Olomoucko 104-108

Rather predictable result when eighth ranked BK Olomoucko (10-9) defeated on the road 10th ranked NH Ostrava (6-13) 108-104. They outrebounded NH Ostrava 41-25 including 29 on the defensive glass. 26 personal fouls committed by NH Ostrava helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a very good performance for the former international swingman Michal Kremen (200-81) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 18 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). American JC Fuller (196-94, college: W.Illinois, agency: Slash Sports) contributed with 28 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Serbian Strahinja Stojacic (197-92) answered with 23 points and 6 assists and American power forward Russell Woods (203-94, college: Missouri) added 23 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for NH Ostrava. Five NH Ostrava players scored in double figures. BK Olomoucko moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Svitavy. NH Ostrava at the other side dropped to the ninth position with 13 games lost. BK Olomoucko's next round opponent will be league's second-placed BK Pardubice at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. NH Ostrava will play against Basketbal Svitavy (#6) and hope to win that game.
