Second Stage Round 2: BAM Poprad - MBK Ruzomb. 43-79

An interesting game for MBK Ruzomberok (4-4) which played road game in Poprad against BAM Poprad (0-8). MBK Ruzomberok had an easy win 79-43. MBK Ruzomberok dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to BAM Poprad's 26 and made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. MBK Ruzomberok forced 26 BAM Poprad turnovers. American guard Shatori Walker-Kimbrough (180-96, college: Maryland) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 6 rebounds. The other American import guard Aaryn Ellenberg (170-92, college: Oklahoma) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four MBK Ruzomberok players scored in double figures. Lucia Hadacova (185-95) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Adela Kudlickova (166-94) added 12 points in the effort for BAM Poprad. BAM Poprad's coach Milan Cernicky gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. MBK Ruzomberok are looking forward to face Good Angels in Kosice in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BAM Poprad will play on the road against Piestanske C. in Piestany and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
