Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Start Lublin II (5-14) was outplayed on the road by second ranked LKS MG13 Lodz (15-4) 107-57 on Sunday. LKS MG13 Lodz dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Start Lublin II's 20. They outrebounded Start Lublin II 49-23 including a 32-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. LKS MG13 Lodz looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Start Lublin II's players. The best player for the winners was point guard Maciej Kochaniak (185-94) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 assists. LKS MG13 Lodz maintains second place in Group B with 15-4 record having five points less than leader Gornik Walbrzych. Loser Start Lublin II keeps the tenth position with 14 games lost. LKS MG13 Lodz will face Zubry (#3) in Bialystok in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Start Lublin II will play at home against AZS UJK Kielce (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
