Alab Pilipinas defeated Singapore Slingers 82-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Singapore Slingers. American guard Xavier Alexander (198-88, college: S.Nazarene) produced 32 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import power forward Christien Charles (216-81, college: Villanova) added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks respectively for lost side. Alab Pilipinas have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Singapore Slingers at the other side keep the fifth position with seven games lost. Alab Pilipinas' next round opponent will be CLS Knights (#7) in Surabaya where they are favorite. Singapore Slingers will play at home against Formosa D. and hope to win that game.
