No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Matera (11-10) defeated at home 13th ranked Fabriano (8-13) 70-61 on Wednesday. The best player for the winners was center Nicolo Ravazzani (198-85) who scored 5 points, 18 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Naturalized Argentinian swingman Franco Migliori (200-82) chipped in 23 points. At the other side the best for losing team was center Lorenzo Bruno (201-91) who recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Fabrizio Gialloreto (187-87) added 16 points respectively. Matera moved-up to seventh place in B, which they share with Forli Tigers. Newly promoted Fabriano dropped to the eleventh position with 13 games lost. Matera will face Teramo (#10) on the road in the next round. Fabriano will play against Bisceglie and hope to win that game.
