Regular Season Round 20: Pully - Neuchatel 95-100

Date: February 10, 2018
The game in Pully was also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Neuchatel (11-9) played at the court of 8th ranked Pully (8-11). Neuchatel managed to secure a 5-point victory 100-95 on Saturday. Neuchatel made 29-of-36 free shots (80.6 percent) during the game. Pully was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Antonio Ballard (194-88, college: Miami, OH) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and the other American import forward Andre Williamson (202-89, college: Appalachian St.) who added 18 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Ballard is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard Jonathan Wade (193-93, college: Norfolk St.) responded with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and Jamaican forward Tyran De-Lattibeaudiere (201-91, college: Lamar) scored 27 points and 7 rebounds. Five Neuchatel and four Pully players scored in double figures. Pully's coach Randoald Dessarzin rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Neuchatel maintains fifth position with 11-9 record. Newly promoted Pully keeps the eighth place with 11 games lost. Neuchatel will face Swiss Central (#9) in Luzern in the next round.
