The game in Stykkisholmur was also worth to mention about. One of their biggest challengers Hamar (13-6) played at the court of fifth ranked Snaefell (11-9). Snaefell managed to secure a 7-point victory 101-94. Hamar was ahead by 5 points after three quarters before a 30-18 charge of Snaefell, which allowed them to win the game. They were well out of reach of Hamar shooting 78.7 percent from the field and made 100-of-105 charity shots (95.2 percent) during the game, while Hamar only scored 69 points from the stripe. Snaefell shot the lights out from three nailing 62 long-distance shots on high 74.7 percentage. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Snaefell maintains fifth position with 11-9 record. Hamar at the other side keeps the fourth place with six games lost. Snaefell will have a break next round. Hamar will play at home against the league's second-placed Breidablik (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
