There was no surprise when 11th ranked Rosenheim (5-14) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Vilsbiburg (15-4) 99-85 on Saturday. Vilsbiburg dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Rosenheim's 36. Czech center Lubos Novy (204-91) had a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American swingman Kendall Timmons (195-90, college: Tulane) chipped in 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest.
