The game in Zlin was also worth to mention about. Basket Kosice (13-7) played at the court of SKB Zlin (11-9). Basket Kosice defeated SKB Zlin 89-75. 26 personal fouls committed by SKB Zlin helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Slovakian forward Miroslav Vansa (197-87) notched 24 points to lead the effort and center Matej Bernath (203-94) supported him with 19 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all nine shots !!!). Four Basket Kosice players scored in double figures. Even 19 points and 9 rebounds by center Tomas Voslajer (211-90) did not help to save the game for SKB Zlin. Swingman Michal Jedovnicky (194-95) added 16 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Basket Kosice's next round opponent will be Kralovsti sokoli in Hradec Kralove and it will be for sure the game of the week. SKB Zlin will play on the road against Vysocina (#5) in Jihlava and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
