No shocking result in a game in Kiryat Motzkin where second ranked Maccabi Rehovot (15-5) defeated 12th ranked Maccabi K/M (7-13) 69-62. The winners were led by American forward AlLonzo Coleman (201-89, college: Presbyterian) who scored that evening 16 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import swingman Marcus Relphorde (198-88, college: Colorado, agency: Ron Sport) supported him with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Maccabi Rehovot's coach Avner Yeor allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 15 points, 17 rebounds and 4 blocks by American-DR Congolese center Bambale Osby (203-86, college: Maryland, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Maccabi K/M. Rom Cornelius (197-93) added 16 points and 5 rebounds for the hosts. Maccabi Rehovot keeps a position of league leader. Maccabi K/M lost third consecutive game.
