Second Stage Round 3: USK Praha - MMCITE Brno 76-49

Not a big story in a game when MMCITE Brno (7-18) was rolled over on the road by USK Praha (11-14) 76-49 on Saturday. USK Praha outrebounded MMCITE Brno 41-20 including a 29-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was international point guard Ondrej Sehnal (183-97) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. International swingman Michal Mares (193-92) chipped in 15 points. Four USK Praha players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Canyon Barry (198-94, college: Florida) who recorded 20 points and 5 rebounds and Croatian center Mladen Primorac (210-90, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 11 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. USK Praha will meet BK Kolin (#8) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MMCITE Brno will play against BK Usti nad Labem and hope to secure a win.
