An interesting game took place in Ostrava where BK Usti nad Labem (13-12) was upset on the court of NH Ostrava (9-16) 86-81 on Saturday. NH Ostrava made 24-of-26 free shots (92.3 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was Serbian guard Milan Stanojevic (183-86, college: E.Washington, agency: Mansfield and Associates) who scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Serbian Strahinja Stojacic (197-92) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Evan Singletary (185-94, college: Albany) who recorded 24 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import guard Donald Robinson (193-89, college: W.Virginia Tech) added 22 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. NH Ostrava will meet BK Lions Hradec (#12) in the next round. BK Usti nad Labem will play against MMCITE Brno (#11) and hope to secure a win.
